Which I am sure, many of you have noticed some of these discrepancies while watching an anime or cartoon. Ever noticed how one scene seems to animate very good with great detail and the next just seems so poorly done that you can't even make out main character? Yeah, that's what usually occur when a show or scene is outsourced to another country or is worked by an in betweener rather than a professional animator.
The DC and Marvel Comic fans sometimes view anime fans as the ultimate nerds, the plot lines as "cheesy" and the characters as "daft" or "annoying." Older Americans often scratch their heads and ask, "Why are anime comics so popular among today's youth?" Some could argue it was a massive advertising campaign that came over from Japan, who saw America and Europe as large, untapped markets. The challenge was to rework their material into exportable goods with English sub-titles and over-dubs.
Anime is a Japanese name referring to animation. It started during 1917 and has started being popular since then not just in Japan and parts of Asia but around the world as well. Today, children and adults alike of every gender favor anime. Their liking for it is especially manifested through their various collections of anime merchandise including posters, action figures and most importantly anime t-shirts.
