Plain pop corn, almonds and walnuts is also low in calories, it contain fats, protein, minerals and micronutrients that burn calories. Low fat dairy products are rich in calcium that prevents the release of calcitrol. They are also considered a healthy fast food. Fatty fish contains omega 3 fatty acids that boost our metabolism rate and lessen the cholesterol and its protein breaks the fat cells.
Special ordering your food is okay - and a lot of times, it can really help save you a lot of calories. Get your chicken soft taco without the sauce and cheese, get that burrito without sour cream and guacamole, etc. If you stick with the regular hamburger and the small fries, the quality of food you're consuming still isn't great, but at least you're minimizing the calorie damage.
