Most of us have busy lives and many times we find ourselves out and about when it's mealtime or when hunger strikes. Some fitness "experts" would have you believe that the only way to eat healthy is to pack a cooler around with you. I don't know about you but I have too many other things going on to put THAT much preparation into eating healthy.
Some of my personal favorite fast snacks are the Potatoes Au Gratin, Pizza Bagels, and twice baked potato. So if you are looking for food that is fast, healthy and tastes good, take a look in your specialty market freezer section, and keep an eye out for Health is Wealth.
You should know what you are eating and how much you are eating. Chew your food more thoroughly so that you can savor each bite. Always a good idea to eat slow and stop eating before you are full. If you can the best choice is grilled fish, if that is not an option grilled chicken is your next bet. If that is not an option and you don't want salad maybe it is time to find a different place to snack.
