Today, popular healthy fast food menu items include the likes of Chicken Garden Salads, Strawberry-Flavored Applesauce, 2% Milk, Bacon Ranch Salad, Apple Dippers, and Fruit-n-Yogurt Parfait.
Eat slower. Savoring each bite and chewing more thoroughly will keep up with your body registering what you've eaten. Also, slower eating is more relaxing, allowing the digestive system to function better and leave you feeling more satisfied. Drink water; skip the soda drink, which is full of sugar and calories.

Another possibility to create a healthy burger meal is to have salad instead of chips with your beef burger. Or choose a vegetarian burger.
